This page aims to address some potential issues with regular Zen and Buddhist practice that may be experienced by people with illness and disability and suggest ways to be flexible with practice in order to still engage as fully as possible.
I do however, have more experience with certain forms of disability than others (challenges of sight and hearing are particularly unknown to me) so I would welcome any input from anyone who does not feel included in this account.
